      * The work we're doing matters and the company is focused on solving important healthcare problems * My coworkers do good work and are all nice, caring people * There's a lot of flexibility with hours and remote work * We have a lot of autonomy in deciding how we get our objectives met * The product/engineering team is very talented * Our CEO authentically cares about everyone on the team and walks that walk

      Cons

      We've been growing quickly, so its sometimes tough to keep up with the new folks. I miss knowing 100% of the company well.

      Pros

      PolicyStat is a small company of about 40-50 employees and has the most amazing culture. Every day I got to interact with everybody in the office in a light, free-thinking, and open atmosphere that encouraged innovative ideas and positive attitudes. This company is incredibly supportive and family oriented with many different company bonding and philanthropic activities.

      Cons

      The hourly wage I received was not quite as much as I would have liked, but they are a small company that was developing their marketing department so it was new to them as well to be spending money in that area, and MOST importantly, I did a POOR job of negotiating a better wage rate.
