Pros

Amazing work environment, very friendly people, and everyone is respected. The management believes strongly in transparency. Very experienced in accommodating remote employees worldwide.

Cons

Since many employees work remotely around the world, timezone differences can be a challenge. But this company is good at working around that as they have been doing it for years.

Pros

PolicyStat is a small company of about 40-50 employees and has the most amazing culture. Every day I got to interact with everybody in the office in a light, free-thinking, and open atmosphere that encouraged innovative ideas and positive attitudes. This company is incredibly supportive and family oriented with many different company bonding and philanthropic activities.

Cons

The hourly wage I received was not quite as much as I would have liked, but they are a small company that was developing their marketing department so it was new to them as well to be spending money in that area, and MOST importantly, I did a POOR job of negotiating a better wage rate.

Pros

Coworkers and the superior policy management product.

Cons

Owned by an NJ company called iContracts. They care very little about the employees, only a 1% 401K match. Salaries are extremely low when compared to the market around us. They do not provide the best resources for us. The ratings below refer to iContracts, our parent company.
