Cons
-Very low pay for working in dangerous environments. -No PTO until working there for a year. -Training at the "state of the art facility" was not provided as PROMISED -The owner doesn't come out to get to know all the officers by name as PROMISED -Terrible communication from management. -Having a degree and law enforcement experience pays the same as someone without any security experience. Biggest con. -Treated as a number. -You work alone. -They hire anyone. Lack of professionalism. -They try to cut corners in training to get you through faster. -HR and recruiters really talk up the position. -You can make more as a cashier at Target. -Hard to move into support positions because they don't want to lose bodies at the operations level. -High turnover.
