Horrible company to work for

There are not really any pros.

Cons

-Incompetent management -Expensive health benefits -Horrible PTO policy -Extreme high turnover due to people being layed off and quitting -Unprofessional approach to any situation that may arise -Treatment of employees is abysmal -You can be laid off or fired for no reason whatsoever.

Some Great co-workers! Able to earn extra pay due to mandatory overtime as the company has consistant staffing issues

Never enough staff Pay is not good and no raises Abysmal ‘support’ received from management that ha habitually undermined our ability to do our jobs Repeated errors with payroll Managers who employ blatant intimidation tactics, whose only values in evidence are arrogance, dismissiveness and a lack of interest in hearing anything that might indicate we are unhappy being treated as faceless, worthless cogs. The only value employees seem to have is as a warm body to be used to the point of exhaustion Lack of training Managment hiring new personel and paying them more than employees who have been with the company for years. When questioned about this, a manager explained that the new, untrained employees are simply worth more than loyal employees who actually know how to do the job required by the client. We come into work to discover schedule changes have been made or we get calls wanting to know why we’re not at work…when we had not been informed we were on duty. Inability to provide the clien with consistent delivery of services, as this has grown increasingly difficult to provide, what with our inconsistent scheduling, short staffing, inadequate training and upper management’s insistence in putting people in supervisory positions without having enough experience (irresponsible and dangerous) or denying other officers a promotion due to personality conflicts. Abysmally low morale Each week, it seems that more and more duties are added on, but while the workload increases, there is no chance of our pay reflecting that. Untrained, unqualified employees will be forced into positions where they are charged with monitoring systems that could cause significant issues if one does not know how to react. This is both dangerous and irresponsible and could cost the client significan amounts of money.
