Steals from it's employees - Sales Agent PlusOne Company Employee Review

I studied their pay structure.. this company steals from it's employees. Your hourly pay is based on you being in "available" status, meaning only while you are talking to customers one the phone. If a supervisor comes to talk to you about something.. the only way you are getting paid for that conversation is if they call in and "schedule that you are getting paid." otherwise you are working for free, which happens a lot. I was there over 40 hours a week and only getting paid for 36. They are always adapting their pay structure with leads as well. They will make it so they are getting your maximum effort and paying you very little for your effort. They will hire anybody. Most of these people have felonies. Plus One knows this and takes immense advantage of them. They know felons can't get hired other places so they will put you at a complete disadvantage. They don't care about you as an employee, they don't take care of you, but you take care of them, making them tons of money. The Owners of this place also has records so they integrity and morals are shot. Don't work here!! You'll be stressed at your max all the time. Not worht it.
