PlusOne Company interview questions

The Orientation/ Interview process is pretty fluid and simple process. You first go to The orientation where the owner of the company explains the company and how it works and then you speak with supervisor and schuedule an interview and are called very quickly

Took a personality test after answering some basic questions. Not sure how the test played into the process as I never saw results or discussed. Required to attend an orientation before the interview process and still not guaranteed an interview after showing interest in position. Different emphasis on qualities depending on who is doing the interview and different expectations set depending on interviewer.
