Salary used to be decent but even that is no longer the case as there have been no raises in 3 years.
Cons
People are getting fired every 2 months, nobody knows how they pick the people who get laid off. HR is deceptive, dishonest and will throw you under the bus if you as much as hint at disliking something. Middle management is good, but C level management is horrible and completely based on nepotism. Promotions are decided based on who the CEO Fahri likes personally and some people even buy him Christmas gifts. C level management has zero skills in their field and has no idea what they are doing. Soon after they realise that this company is a sinking ship, they leave. So C management is also always changing. Absolutely the worst part about this company is HR and its shady practices which border on illegal. Avoid this at all costs. The work life balance is also nonexistent as you are expected to be available 24/7 and people will regularly call you outside of your work hours.
