Work-life balance is barely felt - Salesforce Plative Employee Review

Hello, we understand the challenges of work/life balance in the professional services space so we are always looking for ways to improve work/life balance. For example, Plative has continuously been improving on processes around sales and delivery so that the number of projects are reduced for consultants. Recent changes were made in February and we're looking to see the impact of those changes in the upcoming months. Although we implemented changes last month, we will continue to improve on our existing processes. This is an area that the company will continue to prioritize so that employees can have a better work/life balance. Also, ethics are ingrained in the company culture so we always ensure that we abide by fair employment practices.
