Pros
- Remote work from anywhere. - Innovative projects (in some teams). - You will be okay if you have friends inside the management/leadership team.
Cons
I would not recommend joining Plain Concepts. It's not the company that it used to be. Years ago, when I joined, it was a People-First company, at this moment, they are firing people (all the US development team, and other people from other offices) without a compensation package, without an alternative to switch to other departments or teams... - Lack of leadership and direction. The company promotes fighting between teams (Sales vs Development is a clear example). Poor communication. People egos. - Diversity is only marketing. It seems that you have to be friends with the managers to have or keep the job. The same regarding economic compensation, if you are women, don't expect to be treated fairly. Their compensation framework is a joke. - Micromanagement and bad managers. Burnout is very common among employees.
