El proceso ha durado más de dos meses para un puesto Junior sin experiencia. Después de tres entrevistas, no siguen adelante por “buscar a alguien con más experiencia”, lo cual se podía inferir desde el momento que se seleccionan los CV

hey emailed me and we scheduled an initial interview. They also called me — it’s a consulting firm and they mentioned they would look for potential projects. They didn’t follow up, so I reached out by email. They said they could offer a lower salary, which I accepted to consider. We scheduled a screening interview. Then we had a very basic "technical" call, after which they promised to share feedback. I followed up by email. They said the director had been on vacation, but the feedback from the team was positive and I would speak with the director. Eventually, they informed me they moved forward with another candidate who was a better fit.
