      Great co-workers to help you grow and feel like you are part of the team.

      Cons

      Dealt with a poorly trained highly tempered manager who had his favorites and despite working from 8 till 1am most days, complained a never allowed overtime. Too young and naive at the time, but this is highly illegal especially if you are hourly and can make a max of 39k.

      Pros

      Leadership is very supportive here and as an employee I feel valued. I can voice my opinion about the projects I want to work on and while there is a hierarchy, all opinions on deliverables are considered and valued. Good work/life balance and everyone that works here is kind, considerate, and smart.

      Cons

      Salaries are very low for the Bay Area, which impacts my desire to stay here long-term.
