no accountability for supervisors and project managers who pass blame down to new hires; a bad performance review will lead upper-level staff to start cutting your projects instead of assisting you in workplace development; budgets and billable hours are poorly planned and underestimated; will lay you off through lies and without notice and empathy, leaving you to fend for rent, groceries, etc. steer clear unless you want to work with corporate drones that are willing to complain about you, give you projects to complete last minute, and cut your benefits and healthcare without notice.

Similar experience as another former employee. Worked for an Associate who felt the need to give me a pile of work at 4:30pm and told me to get it done first thing next day. Usually at the office until 12:00/ 1:00 am. Was paid low wage and hourly. However, was not allowed to ask for overtime and would get bullied and yelled at (daily occurance). Highly unfortunate and highly illegal. Quit after 1 year. Associate was either kissing up to higher ups or yelling at interns.
