Friendly people, options to move up in the company.

Corporate style cubicles are a little draining.

Leadership is very supportive here and as an employee I feel valued. I can voice my opinion about the projects I want to work on and while there is a hierarchy, all opinions on deliverables are considered and valued. Good work/life balance and everyone that works here is kind, considerate, and smart.

Salaries are very low for the Bay Area, which impacts my desire to stay here long-term.
