Thank you for sharing your feedback. I can see that your time at Pivot Strategies left you with strong feelings. I apologize that you had such a negative experience. I take all feedback seriously, even when it’s difficult to hear, because it’s important to me that we learn and grow from all perspectives. I want to address some of the serious accusations in your review. At Pivot Strategies, we’ve always strived to build a culture of transparency, respect, and trust. I can assure you that our leadership team works hard every day to foster a positive and supportive environment where our employees feel valued, not disposable. The suggestions that we’ve created a toxic environment or that employees are treated with disrespect are painful to read, as they don’t align with the values I work hard to uphold. Regarding the layoffs and staffing changes, it’s true that we’ve gone through a challenging period, which included the unfortunate need to make difficult financial decisions. Our intention was never to harm our employees and I’m deeply sorry if those changes were experienced as unfair or abrupt. We did everything we could to ensure that those decisions were made with care and compassion. Our benefits have not been cut, but we’ve had to adjust in response to the market and the needs of the business. The claim about self-care is something I take seriously. It’s one of our core values and I make it a priority to model and encourage work-life balance for everyone at the company. I’m sorry that you felt that was not the case during your time here. I always strive to lead by example and I’m committed to improving in this area. Ultimately, my goal as the CEO of Pivot Strategies is to create a place where employees feel empowered, supported, and respected. I’m sorry that we didn’t meet those expectations during your time with us.
