Had an interview with a recruiter and it tools weeks to hear back. Then I had a second interview with the CEO for only 15min and she said the recruiter would get back to me with next steps. I never heard back.

Interview
I had thought the interviews went well. I was told by the now President of the company that I would be moving to the next phase - a writing test and meeting with team leads. We even talked about specific projects and clients where I would be a good fit.
After no communication for three weeks, and numerous attempts to contact the recruiter on my part, I was told they decided to go a different direction. For being a communications agency, they really suck at communication. They also talk so much about their core values and kindness and respect, but they sure treated me horribly!
