      Pros

      Free food, lodging and utilities. A lot of different job positions and a lot of things to do from morning till night. Get to work with kids.

      Cons

      Pay is really low, but when factoring in all of the summer benefits, it all sort of pays off. Really long hours especially when you are in charge of a cabin.

      PSR really is like leadership bootcamp! Great community, great cause.

      Cons

      Does not last forever, this is a seasonal position and comes to a close at the end of the summer
