I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pine Springs Ranch (Mountain Center, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
A former employee said I should apply, so I filled out the online application. I got an email to schedule an interview a couple days later (you can go in person or do it over Skype), and the interview was a couple days after that. You'll be interviewed by the camp director, the assistant camp director, or both. The questions were mostly "What would you do?" questions involving camp scenarios. There were a few questions related to my experience with children, and some questions regarding my own spiritual life (PSR is a religious institution, so these are legal questions). All questions you can expect from an Adventist summer camp. I've heard some people say the interview was very intimidating, but I thought it was comfortable and easy-going. I was added to the hiring list about a week later.

Question 1
If one camper assaulted another camper, who would be held accountable (the child, the child's parent, the child's camp counselor, the camp director)?
