Management requires all shift lead or above to be in a group chat where you receive any where from 50 to 100 texts or notifications a day.
Was called in on almost everyday off.
Employee moral was basically non existence. Everyone was angry and sad all the time.
The pilot store manager did not really trust management ( even after being sent to training) to run the quick service restaurant. Or the deli.
