If you're new to the company the pay is very bad, if you're a high performer leadership will promise a raises that never comes. Some people have quit and returned to gain a pay raise. They offer 1 WFH day a week, very prejudice atmosphere. Very strict environment when upper leadership is in town. Only 3 weeks of PTO are offered, unpaid time off is non existent. Employees were forced promotions that they did not want to take, then they would fail or not perform as well in those positions. No real career progression unless you move to Knoxville, TN where the company is based.
