Pros
Pilot Flying J initiated a program to updated the showers and bathrooms in my facility in Joplin MO. Company funneling money back into the buisness at least shows they respect their customer base if not their management.
Cons
The upper management takes a cattle approach to hiring managers. They have taken the approach of throwing numbers at problem-ed stores. The company makes promises but fails to follow through. Even with it documented in writing the company will choose not to following through on guarantees. The only thing that matters to the company is hitting the number. They have no concept of loyalty to their employees. From month to month hour stability caused termination of up to 4 employees. The company is so focused on hitting them mark legal and hr issues are ignored for managers that hit there noc and budgets.
