Pros
Depending on your department and if you're a self-starter, there are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. The company will reimburse you for career-related certifications and trainings. Overall, the main contributors in each department were friendly, intelligent, and a pleasure to work with. The legacy around the company and its founder was also really motivating and fun to work for. Mr. Haslam is a class act.
Cons
While contributors were amazing to interface with, a majority of the company's "managers" were wildly unqualified and some seemed to do their best to create an unfavorable environment. I can't imagine the company can thrive long-term with such a top heavy structure. Unfortunately, if you're a woman or in a minority, you will have no upward mobility within this organization. I joined the company in spite of being aware of this "unspoken truth" thinking it was jealous gossip. It was so, so disappointing to see it in action. I don't say any of this lightly. Please be aware and know that if you're not a white male, you should look elsewhere.
