GM's are unqualified to lead a team. Corporate is focused on budget and sales not people. Safety is not a priority. Turn over is outrageous, new people train new people training schedule is never followed. Sink or swim mentality. Provide a work phone or on call pay if you expect GM's to answer their phones when they are off. Surveys are silly and a waste of time, you are expected to have ideas on how to make things better but upper management never acts on them.
