Pros

Lots of support in various ways, low stress, low KPIs, more autonomy and ability to decline a participant if it's not the right fit or you feel unsafe. I've worked in a clinic and another mobile practice and have burnt out many times due to the high billables so this company is a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Nature of working in the NDIS, navigating changes and participants who are ill informed Nature of community OT where you don't see colleagues often
