New upper management (one person in particular) making too many changes for no reason. Lots of lies, lip service and back stabbing. Constantly changing priorities. Most of the IT department has left in the past year. Read the employee handbook and intellectual property agreement before signing them. Read them before giving notice at your current job. Used to be able to work at home. Used to promote from within. Used to bring dogs to the office. Used to be a fun place to work.
