Pros

Work culture is the most important. Everyone has a very positive and kind mindset despite coming from different backgrounds or different countries. The best being the more international markets as they realize you are doing a job and all of you care for the same goal ( creating a good working environment throughout a very cut throat market)

Cons

Sometimes people may not be paid what they deserve e.g., only sales people get more money for their sales but no one else who was involved in their process, only PH gets paid for sales, pay is not reflective of your workload which isn’t attractive as you usually get a lot of work so may lead to making you feel unappreciated but just depends on how you view the salary

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
