      Great work-life balance. you will always find help when required.

      Cons

      Higher management does not understand how engineering works they will always see the deliveries and if something is not working or a delay in the project. It always falls on the individual.

      Company culture is friendly and helpful!

      Cons

      The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
