Pros

1)Good work life balance 2)Have time to prepare for further studies. Also, for senior people the company provides a relaxed environment compared to other companies. 3)Manager organizes monthly catchup with employees individually. Helps to put your problems on the table. (But this may vary department to department.)

Cons

1) Very miser in giving hike (Even to best performing employees). 2) Growth is kind of slow after a while. 3) Product/domain knowledge has more priority than technical skills. 4) Induction program for new joiners is really bad. The only way you learn most of the knowledge is when you work in the team for some time. Your efficiency kind of takes a hit.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
