Speaking to the organization and not about the company. It is terrible. It is an abusive place to work with management that loves to micro-manage everything possible. I am not kidding I was asked to show how I have my email inbox set up. I would stay away from this job, I am actually trying to leave it as we speak. Work at Philips but never, ever take this job. They will sell you on how great it is and how "you'll run your own region" but they spend so much time hovering over that you don't run it at all. I have had some bad jobs in my life but this one takes the cake.
The last one I would note, you have a ton of vacation at Philips but the management that runs this role basically won't allow you to use it sighting that "they cannot have more than two employees off a day" when there are 52 people split between two supervisors. Think about how many people take days off around national holidays... good luck because you have to compete with your co-workers now to even use that vacation.
