Cons

medical industry is a bit slow to adopt new technologies due to regulations and employment benefits are par with low tech companies as far as salaries and equity

Company culture is friendly and helpful!

The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
