I quit this company due to these reasons I worked in the spx team and the managers here blame the employees for issues but expect employees to deliver perfectly without providing any direction / prior expectation on the final outcome. There is no proper story planning or estimation at the start of sprints by management ( No scrum master ) . If a story requires additional time, employees are blamed for delays instead of addressing the flawed planning process. I had to work over nights due to extreme work pressure during which I was threatened by the management via personal messages that I will be fired if work is not completed as expected . I was stopped multiple times from leaving the office even after completing my work, which speaks to a highly unprofessional and controlling work environment. The management will openly shout in front of everyone instead of having a professional one to one discussion . Even after you deliver your work , they speak behind your back saying that the employees expect hikes but do not deliver, even though employees are forced to work over nights. They were extremely unprofessional . I also heard that the management openly announced that bachelor employees need not have work life balance and should be devoted to the company by working extra hours .Ultimately they believe that pressuring employees more will motivate them to work more . Unfortunately , the whole band of higher management is filled with this kind of mentality , hence no one can complain about their behaviours . Many people left this company due to this kind of mentality .
