If they can make lots of money out of you without having to do anything in the way of career development (despite having Petrofac Training Services), you will have a steady, but uninspiring career.
Cons
The only people Petrofac's HR department staff care about developing and advancing are themselves. They cast non-HR Staff members to other companies and promptly dump any HR or IT support. It can take days for HR to answer a query or request for help and even longer to get IT support from their Global (so-called) Service Desk.
