Chennai office is run like family business. Wards of senior staff find their way into the company. Professionalism is a bad idea here. Favouritism is the order of the day. Technical competence comes only next to proximity to your boss. I find this company 10 years back in age in terms of infrastructure and capability. Single boss for the office who calls all the shots to the extent of even deciding how a chair is to be placed. Job satisfaction is still elusive.
