Starting salary is competitive, private health care.
Cons
Upper management are contractors so they look out for one another, the full time Petrofac employees are not really valued as a result of this. There is a severe lack of work, absence of bonus and wage rise - I am on the same salary as I started with over 2 years ago. Absolutely terrible expericne
