      Pros

      I have loved working at Petsmart. Close to 2 decades now. But with the recent changes I’ve become disheartened.

      Cons

      Taking away any and all management duties has hit hard. They just keep taking. Layering more on the already shorten core management. Now only 3 people in the whole store can do anything in PRISM to help control scheduling/safety issues.

      Dynamic environment with good opportunities in various departments

      Cons

      Leadership cuts at store level led to overworked environment and that had a profound impact on employees' ability to keep up minimum standards of quality and safety, especially in the salons.
