      Pros

      Great colleagues, fun connecting with store leadership and customers. Great working in an industry that you are passionate about. Fun interacting with Pet Parents and their pets -- especially dogs.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership throws spaghetti st the walls to see what sticks. Too many high standards and nit enough resources for Store Leaders to execute . Company is not adapting to competition quickly enough.

      Dynamic environment with good opportunities in various departments

      Cons

      Leadership cuts at store level led to overworked environment and that had a profound impact on employees' ability to keep up minimum standards of quality and safety, especially in the salons.
