Thank you for providing your feedback. Your criticisms are all minor in comparison to the allegation that Perma Pure has caused the death of employees. This is simply false. Perma Pure holds safety as our highest priority and we provide a safe workplace. Not only do we comply with all regulatory and environmental requirements for our business, we voluntarily host OSHA audits for independent observation. We all grieve when a co-worker has passed away, and it is personally disappointing to me that you are trying to exploit that loss in your criticisms. Regarding your other criticisms, Perma Pure has certainly undergone changes in our business and our markets over the past several years, and our strategy has evolved with those changes. Throughout this time, however, we continued to grow and our employees have continued to receive raises and all have been able to earn bonuses. This is in marked contrast to many other employers who were cutting staff and freezing wages in recent years. We remain focused on delighting our customers, supporting our employees and delivering results to our shareholders. Our purpose and strategy are regularly communicated to our employees, and we are committed to continuous improvement in the execution of our growth plan. Given your feedback, it seems we need to work harder at communicating our strategic plan throughout the company, and we are committed to doing so.
