      Pros

      Great work environment. Co- workers are great. You can efficiently do your job on a day to day basis without being micromanaged.

      Cons

      Job security, Since being bought by a mother company, jobs have been relocated to other states or dismissed all together. I don't think the company as a whole care about it's employees.
