Pros
From the very beginning of its coming to the US, Pergo has been known as the industry leader: in both its product (laminate flooring) and its treatment of its employees. Fantastic benefits . . . great senior management team . . . respectful of employees . . . awesome place to work.
Cons
In early 2007, Pergo was purchased by another company. Things changed rapidly - and NOT for the good. Most, if not all, of the senior management left the company. New management does nOT appear to have the same respect for the employees. Pergo is no longer the company it once was.
