100% remote if that's your thing, and there are smart people there from whom I learned a great deal
Cons
No training time/resources, couldn't hire until it was too late, salaries too low to secure strong talent, toxic culture without boundaries or transparency, burnt-out employees given unfair performance reviews, clients were shady (MLMs, far-right membership organizations, etc.). I was set up for failure, documented it, shared with senior leadership how we could change the situation, and we were consistently hamstrung. Rampant layoffs.
