Not many to speak of. The work was easy and uncapped time off.
Cons
No strategic direction in the corporate functions. Quick to cut and slow to hire. 1 or 2 decision makers for projects that have no business in their role. Company truly treats employees as numbers. All based on what you can deliver with no focus on growth or development. Overall a very poorly managed company and a waste of time.
