      Great community inside each project, friendly people, they are always up to make sure you're comfortable.

      Cons

      Outside your project, communities are a bit more distant, but nothing serious as you still see people in the office and in the parties or events.

      Pros

      Some of the most professional people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      There is no formal path to career advancement. It's very subjective and depends on your reporting manager to advocate heavily for you. Unfortunately, this means that getting head usually requires finding a new role.
