Pros
I didn't feel micromanaged and there was good cooperation within the business unit. We had some really talented people on our team, but also several newbies who probably were unaligned with their skills set (myself included).
Cons
Training...what training? Bill, Bill, Bill. This is a churn and burn type shot, didn't feel much loyalty to the company. We were basically independent consultants with something that looked like a health insurance program. The bonus is oversold and you'll never actually realize the 401K contributions.
