Pros

Only good thing was that I was telecommute. Got to see the kids grow up for a few months.

Cons

Micromanaging, no training, backwards, old school, no one seems to know what they are doing. You ask them a question and they tell you to go ask someone else. When you finally do your job, you get penalized for it, when you don't do it, you get penalized. Benefits are costly, don't even talk about work/life balance and no culture whatsover. Just watch your back. Someones always out to get you. Oh and they hold grudges even when they are the ones who told you to do it it. What out for Corp IT Networking. Worked from home but felt like a prisoner of my own office. I mean it made me want to get a job to go into work. What does that tell you?

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
