Pros
Notable clients that are big names. Competitive pay - if you can stay employed long enough that is. AI first - but which consulting firm isn't right now let's be honest?
Cons
Glad I quit before the massive layoffs happened recently. Horrible leadership company-wide. Some branches are far worse off than others. Don't think that each branch will be treated like St. Louis. If you work in a satellite office (TX, DEN, ATL) that isn't like MIN or St Louis, then expect to have low support and very hard clients to work with. Company going through a rebrand right now but the long tenured PRFT leadership is just as bad if not worse than the bus they just hired from a large competitor. Very boiler room environment too. Don't expect any help from the partner channel or delivery team if you're working brand new accounts - you will be on an island alone. The whole FTO thing the recruiters sell you on? Yea, no one likes it when you take time off and when you do, you hear secondhand comments about it and feel guilty for not working as hard. Health benefits are not good though I've never been anywhere they've been stellar. Micromanage environment so get used to it. Not friendly staff too, everyone has this sort of "do it yourself without asking for help" sort of tone in the organization and it's very strange, you'll see what I mean the longer you're there. The minute you go around for help, folks have a disappointed look on their face. Extremely high turnover.
