Pros

As a Technical Architect at Perficient, I can confidently say this is one of the most inspiring and forward-thinking organizations I’ve ever been part of. Perficient’s AI-first initiative is not just a strategy—it’s a paradigm shift that’s redefining how we build solutions and deliver value to clients. It’s thrilling to be at the forefront of this transformation. The work culture here is truly top-notch. Collaboration across teams is seamless, and there’s a genuine spirit of innovation and support. With our new leadership steering the company towards bold growth, the energy and direction are incredibly motivating. Work-life balance is exceptional—Perficient genuinely cares about its people, making it one of the greatest places to work. The compensation is superlative, reflecting the value the company places on its talent. When it comes to career growth, Perficient is the right place. The opportunities to learn, lead, and evolve are abundant. I’ve grown immensely here, and I continue to be inspired every day. One of the most admirable aspects is Perficient’s commitment to women empowerment. The company sets a global standard in creating inclusive, equitable spaces where everyone can thrive. If you’re a technologist or engineer looking to make an impact, grow your career, and be part of something truly transformative—Perficient is where you belong.

Cons

Perficient is a place for passionate technologists who thrive in innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth. If you're not comfortable with fast-paced environments, high standards, or embracing change and leadership-driven transformation, this may not be the right fit. Perficient expects you to bring your best—and rewards you for it.

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
