Pros

I've been with Perficient since February 2020, and it's been an incredible journey of growth, innovation, and transformation. The recent shift towards an AI-first initiative is a game-changer. It's exciting to be part of a company that’s embracing the future and empowering teams to build intelligent solutions that truly make an impact. The work culture here continues to impress me. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged—it’s embedded in everything we do. Whether it's cross-team projects or day-to-day interactions, there's a strong sense of support, openness, and shared purpose. Our new leadership has brought a refreshing energy and clarity to our direction. Their strategic vision, transparent communication, and genuine focus on both employee development and client success have made a noticeable difference. It’s motivating to work under leaders who are not only forward-thinking but also deeply committed to creating a positive work environment. • AI-first strategy with real-world applications • Collaborative and inclusive culture • Transparent and inspiring leadership • Strong opportunities for career growth

Cons

Rapid evolution requires adaptability, but it’s worth it

Pros

Very little outside of some of the people you work with. FTO is only nice if you have a manager who lets you use it. They did allow work from home, not sure if that is still the case.

Cons

This company was run poorly by Tom Hogan before private equity bought it but the buyout accelerated their decline. If you want to be a cog in the machine, this is the place for you. The leadership is only focused on themselves. They will praise you or throw you under the bus depending on how they feel it makes them look to their bosses. The employees who don’t have a stable long term project live in fear of being let go irregardless of talent and many of their most talented are leaving because they see the writing on the wall.
