Pros

The company is such a crap show you can probably do whatever you want as long as you get close to your numbers. They give you tix to things.

Cons

Everything. Leadership. From top to bottom there is fundamental lack of cognitive ability to run a company. Middle manage is a bunch of yes people that bootlick. The sales training is nonexistent. The products they want to sell suck and the products you can sell are always on back order or there are printing errors. Their culture is awful. Racism, sexism, and micro managing is there claim to fame. Sale targets never reflect what has ever been sold. Hitler would do well here.

Pros

Great people in an organization built to educate, empower, and strengthen student and educator achievement in the classroom.

Cons

The CEO I came on board enthusiastically because I was looking for a small company with a great culture and upscaling their business. Unfortunately, the current CEO is this organization's worst asset, largest risk/liability, and not the leader the organization deserves. I can not believe this organization is still in business and still acquiring organization. The CEO is a culture killer, ruthless know-it-all micro-manager whom at the day knows little to nothing. He surrounds himself by people with little to no confidence or skill he can boss around, tosses everyone under the bus versus hold himself and his decisions accountable, how he treats his staff is monstrous to say the least. I wouldn't invest your time here. I would encourage you to research former employees of this company on LinkedIn to connect with them for organizational feedback and while you're at it, look at how they are flourishing.
