I hated the open performance platform where you see how everyone is meeting their targets and they see yours. Some folks in leadership bragged about the competition it creates but I find that toxic especially to new staff, and folks with little experience in CX. I was also one of the few bilingual guides so there was even less flexible in the schedule I could have compared to other staff, and this had me having to work on Saturdays fro 11 to 8pm every week, horrible schedule. Daily hours were also 11-8 with little rooms to get earlier shifts. This is literally in the middle of the morning and night, worst schedule ever. The pressure leads put on you to be almost perfect on the phone or you get a 1 on 1 to talk about every mistake was also weird and softwares were always slow and there were too many of them to manage while on one call. Finally the 30 mins lunch break after a gruesome day and 10 mins breaks (giving you enough room to use the rr or stretch) are just not healthy.
