Very accommodating of daily prayers and a big, quiet prayer space is offered to me.

You can NOT be late during your first three weeks (or however long training lasts in your dep.) and if you are you better have a good excuse and tell them before hand. If you're late twice or thrice, they will walk you out of the office right there.

That said, we understand training can be strict, but we want to ensure we get the most out of the short time we have with our employees before getting put into production and starting to help our customers. Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.
Cons
Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
