This is probably the worst company I’ve ever worked for in the work from home environment. The hiring process gave scam vibes as I was hired for a completely different job than what I was told about when I was hired. The entire training I went without having access to the systems that was supposed to be used. After the training during the 2 week A-Bay period, the environment became extremely stressful as the supervisors did not try to help when taking calls. Whenever the training class gave feedback about something, the supervisors became less helpful. One of the higher ups (HE) is very unprofessional and rude. You have no privacy whatsoever, the higher up reads every message that you send even when it is supposed to be a “personal” conversation. After reaching out to HR about the concerns I had, they were not helpful at all. I even learned from the trainer that the higher up (he) has been extremely disrespectful to her on many occasions & she was told to ignore him and to be glad she doesn’t work for him anymore. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply or work for this company because they do not care about their employees, they only want people to talk to their customers so they don’t have to. The brand itself was trash, the cars were trash (many customers complained how they had new vehicles recently purchased and the vehicles had been in the shop for months at a time), the retailers give the customers the run around and send them to customer service while customer service sends them right back to the retailer.
